B. Transaction and NFC Usage Data

Since Golife is an NFC-based privileged card service, we must collect data related to your use of the card for providing benefits:

  • Transaction Details: Date, time, location (merchant/vendor name and address) of purchase, goods/services purchased, transaction value, and the specific discount or privilege applied.
  • Card/Device Identifier: The unique identification number (UID) associated with your NFC card or the tokenized equivalent used by the mobile app for securing the transaction.
  • Usage Patterns: Frequency and type of privileges accessed, which helps us manage and improve the benefits program.

C. Technical and Usage Data

This data is collected automatically when you access our website or use the mobile app:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system (OS) version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Internet Activity: IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and clickstream data.
  • Location Data: With your explicit consent, we may collect precise or approximate geolocation data to provide location-based services, such as showing nearby partner merchants or personalized offers. You can turn this off in your device settings.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by Bangladesh law, government agencies, or court orders (e.g., the National Cyber Security Agency).
  • Business Transfers: If Golife is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Golife operates primarily in Bangladesh. If we are required to transfer or store your Personal Data outside of Bangladesh for technical or operational reasons (e.g., using secure global cloud services), we will do so only:
